⛓️Order preparation⛓️
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, there are no stocks to guarantee you the best quality upon receipt. Sending orders can therefore take between 1 and 3 weeks depending on the number of pending orders.
We do everything possible to keep preparation time as short as possible.
⛓️Sizes⛓️
If you have any doubts about the size of a piece of jewelry, you can measure your neck/wrist using:
- A sewing tape measure: Place the tape measure around the wrist where you want to wear the bracelet - Around your neck at the base of your neck (⚠️ being careful not to tighten the tape measure around your neck so as not to risk strangulation).
- A strip of paper that you can then measure using a ruler following the same method as with the tape measure.
Report the size in the order instructions, specifying which piece of jewelry the measurements are for (do not add cm, we will take care of adding a margin for you depending on the model chosen).
If unfortunately the jewelry does not suit you even after having indicated the measurements, you can return the jewelry to us (at your expense), we will take care of changing the size. In this case, the new shipping costs will be borne by us.
⛓️Golden jewelry ⛓️
Gold jewelry models are also made of stainless steel, but are potentially more fragile due to the plating of the rings. It is therefore possible that the color deteriorates over time or poor care of the jewelry.
We therefore recommend that you take care of your gold jewelry by avoiding contact with water or perfume, and remembering to remove it before sleeping. Keep them in their packaging when you are not wearing them.
We are not responsible for the care you take with your jewelry, and therefore for its deterioration. We will not accept returns or exchanges of jewelry in poor condition.
⛓️ Packaging ⛓️
The jewelry is sent in fabric pouches, or recyclable cardboard boxes. We have also chosen to use bubble envelopes, which are made of recycled plastic and are also fully recyclable.
For ecological reasons, in the future we would like to find another alternative to send jewelry in 100% environmentally friendly packaging, while guaranteeing a customer experience that meets your expectations.

Jewelry is made of small materials such as rings, charms or other elements and therefore poses a choking hazard. They should therefore not be exposed within the reach of young children.
