Please note that we are not responsible for variations in delivery times; this depends solely on the delivery service. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier.

Any additional taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order; there are no stocks.

Orders can therefore take between 2 and 5 weeks to ship, depending on the number of orders pending. This timeframe may be longer if a piece of jewelry is on pre-order.
We do everything we can to keep preparation time as short as possible.

There may be a delay of 2 to 3 days between the processing of your order and its dispatch to the delivery service. We dispatch orders in batches. This delay must therefore be added to the postal service's delivery times.

If you have any doubt about the size of a piece of jewelry, you can measure your neck/wrist using:

- A sewing tape measure: Place the tape measure around your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet - Around your neck at the base of your neck (⚠️ being careful not to tighten the tape measure around your neck to avoid the risk of strangulation).

- A piece of string: which you can then measure using a ruler following the same method as with a tape measure.

Enter the size in the order instructions, specifying which piece of jewelry the measurements are for (do not add cm, we will add a margin for you depending on the model chosen).

If, unfortunately, the jewelry doesn't fit you even after providing the measurements, you can return it to us (at your expense), and we will alter the size. In this case, the new shipping costs will be covered by us.

Repairs are free and guaranteed for life.

If your jewelry has been damaged over time: loss of a charm, a missing ring, etc., contact us by email: eviljudyshop@gmail.com explaining the situation and attaching photos.

We will provide you with a return form to include in the return package.

The cost of shipping the jewelry to our workshop is the responsibility of the buyer.

We will cover the return shipping costs once the jewelry has been repaired.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once payment has been processed. Promotional codes must be applied before order confirmation.

If your package has been returned to us and you would like a refund, only the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Otherwise, if you were unable to collect your package and it was returned to us, and you wish to have your items reshipped, the new shipping costs will be your responsibility.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return one or more items. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We also refuse returns of damaged gold jewelry, as we are not responsible for the care you give your jewelry. For more advice on how to care for your gold jewelry, please refer to our FAQ page.

To make a return, you can send your request to the following email address: eviljudyshop@gmail.com . We will then tell you what to do next.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method for added security. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by the chosen delivery service.

Here are some tips for taking care of your new favorite accessories:

- Silver-plated stainless steel jewelry can be cleaned with soap and water . You can use black soap, Marseille soap, or dishwashing liquid.

Gold jewelry is more fragile than silver jewelry due to the plating of the rings. Avoid contact with water and perfume, and try not to drop them.

- You can store your jewelry in the box/pouch in which you received it.

- Use a clean cloth or chamois to restore the shine to your jewelry.

- Remember to regularly tighten the balls on piercing jewelry that has them.

The jewelry is made of small materials such as rings, charms, or other components and therefore presents a choking hazard. It should not be left within reach of young children.
